North End Salon & Spa does implement a 24 hour CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for our stylist’s time and our scheduling system, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can try and fill that appointment time with someone else on our wait-list. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be given a warning the first time, charged at half price the second time and charged in full on the third offense.
